1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the online booking platform operated by The London Welbeck Hospital ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings on this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Booking & Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full. Appointment times are subject to change; we will notify you as early as possible of any changes.
4. Payments
Certain services on this platform require payment at the time of booking. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout. A receipt will be issued by email following successful payment.
5. Room Time & Saved Cards
Your booking reserves a room for a specific window, and that window is what you are charged for. If you leave the room later than your booked finish time, we may charge for the additional time used. The first 10 minutes past your finish time are free of charge. Beyond that, additional time is charged at the room's standard hourly rate, in blocks: up to 40 minutes over is charged as 30 minutes, and up to 60 minutes over is charged as one hour, repeating on the same pattern for each further hour. Additional time is measured from your booked finish time, not from when you arrived — arriving late does not extend your booking. You may also be charged for services or items you request during your visit, and we will tell you what those are. You may choose to save a card so that any such charge can be settled without us contacting you. Saving a card is optional and is never required to make a booking. If you save one, you are authorising us to charge that card for additional room time and for services you have requested, without entering your card details again. Your card is held securely by our payment provider; we never receive or store your card number. Every charge is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it is taken, and we email you a receipt. You may withdraw this authorisation from your account once one week has passed since your most recent booking finished, and we will delete the saved card. While you have a booking that has not yet finished, or that finished less than a week ago, the card remains on file so that additional room time and services from that visit can be settled; you may ask us to remove it sooner by contacting reception, and we will do so. Withdrawing it does not cancel amounts already owed. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will review it and refund where appropriate.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel, please contact us via the platform or by phone as soon as possible.

This platform facilitates the booking of consultations and treatments at The London Welbeck Hospital. It does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this platform. Prohibited activities include: submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, using the platform for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform - including text, design, logos, and software - is owned by or licensed to The London Welbeck Hospital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
